The inside maroon velvet lining of the case is nicely marked in gold lettering: ROSS MANUFACTURING OPTICIAN CLAPHAM COMMON LONDON S. W. The quality leather case is also marked three times with large British military broad arrow stamps. Although totally present, the neck strap is broken, but could certainly be repaired. The buckle strap for keeping
