Navy Officer's M 1902 visor cap constructed of dark blue wool, intended to be worn by a Warrant officer (crossed anchor insignia). This example is particularly well made, with the officer's front insignia features brass anchors, with a gilt chinstrap. The cap features a patent leather visor.
