This is a Pre Early WWII German Army Award Wall Plaque which features some familiar pieces of WWII German Infantry Equipment. The plaque features a packed infantrymans knapsack (or Tornister), Helmet (which is a transitional M 1916 that even has a decal!), and K 98 Rifle with sling. The gear is cast from an alloy and finished with a dull silver wash. Mounted on a piece of black painted wood with an eye hanger on the
