Coup de Jus Space Monkey 2021 NO WINE SEARCHER PALATE: tart cherrySpace Monkey is a Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois white from Coup de Jus, the ngoce label run by Graud and Pauline Fromont of Domaine des Marnes Blanches in the Jura. The fruit comes from old vines on limestone in Alsace, whole cluster pressed and bottled with little to no added sulfur. The result is a textural, easygoing natural white with real grip.
